Shipping Policy

HooTea will ship your order within 2 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

HooTea has a 30-day, from receipt of product, return policy. In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt).

To start a return, contact us. Once your return is processed, HooTea will send you return instructions as well as a return shipping label.

Items sent back to HooTea without following return instructions will not be accepted.

HooTea will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

All returns will be for store credit / exchanges only.

Damages & Issues Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if items are damaged or incorrect. HooTea will happily replace and correct any order issues.
